Experiential and Creative
Flourish at Work programs are not lectures – they are an immersive learning experience. Participants step into the role of designers, using organic and natural principles and hands-on creative exercises to explore new ways of thinking, collaborating, and leading.

Veronica T. Estrella , SHRM-SCP, RN, MBA, FDI
I am a seasoned Human Resources practitioner, educator, and creative professional with over two decades of experience enabling people, teams, and organizations to flourish. As a certified SHRM-SCP, Culture Coach (Maslow Research Center), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and Human Systems Dynamics Professional, I bring systems-level thinking and people-centered leadership to every engagement.
My academic journey reflects a deep passion for both the science and soul of human development — with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Nursing, an MBA, and ongoing doctoral studies in Human Resource Management.
Beyond my corporate and consulting career, I am a certified floral designer trained at the Floral Design Institute (USA) and the Institute of Philippine Floral Techniques. I am also the founder of Vonec’s Flower Garden, a floral styling studio for weddings and special events — where design meets intention, and artistry meets meaning.
Through the lens of nature’s design principles, I developed the Flourish at Work program — helping leaders and teams connect, collaborate, and create as well as execute with purpose.
A lifelong learner and creative at heart, I’m also an oil painter, pianist, PADI-certified advanced open water diver, and volunteer mentor. I draw energy from guiding others to find purpose, presence, and power in their leadership journeys.
My work is rooted in the belief that when people connect deeply with themselves, others, and their environment, transformation becomes not only possible, but sustainable.
